Rates in euros per week include all charges (electricity + water consumption), linen are provided except beach towels.

Minimum stay:3 nights in low season 450 euros - 1 week in high season.
Changeover day: Saturday, negotiable except in high season.
Reduction for stay over 2 weeks except in high season.
A 50% deposit is requested upon reservation and you have 5 working days to transfer the deposit or to cancel without any fee. The balance is due 1 month before arrival. Should you wish to cancel, the cancellation charges are:
- More than 8 weeks prior to arrival: 80 euros for bank and handling fees
- 4-8 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of total rental rate
- 2-4 weeks prior to arrival: 75% of total rental rate
- Less than 2 weeks before arrival: no refund
